PERIODIC MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
The factory maintenance requirements in addition to the annual GFA form 2 inspections and 20, 30 year surveys has resulted in a significant amount of extra work for L23 Super Blanik operators but experience with the Blanik L13 has shown that this has not resulted in any improvement to Blanik safety. Amended maintenance requirements are embodied in this directive.
